Aufgrund eines defekten Ventils traten an einer Heizanlage im Kellergeschoß eines Wohn- und Gewerbegebäudes erhebliche Mengen an Warmwasser aus. Mehrere Kellerräume waren ca. 10-15 cm hoch unter Wasser. Mit Unterstützung eines zufällig anwesenden Heizungsmonteurs konnte der Wasseraustritt gestoppt werden. Mittels Tauchpumpe und Wassersauger wurde das Kellergeschoß dann im Anschluss ca. 1,5 Stunden lang wieder trocken gelegt.
